Yes , DANGER placard can be used for the loads. As per TDG Regulations (4.18) when Class 2.1 or Class 2.2 load is on the Truck along with a Class 2.3 load , the combined loads MAY be represented by a Class 2.3 placard .Thus, either DANGER placard and Class 2.3 or Class 2.3 and Class 3 placard are allowed to display on the Truck.

Yes, DANGEROUS Placard can be used for the loads. Class 3 and Class 2.2 can be replaced with DANGEROUS placard. Class 5.2 DG weight is 1000lb and must be placarded. Thus, DANGEROUS placard and Class 5.2 placard is displayed on the Truck.
